What is Transformational Life Coaching

Transformational Life Coaching is a method of supporting and empowering people to transform different areas of their lives, in order to achieve their personal goals, objectives, dreams and desires; and to live authentically and in alignment with who they are at their essence. It achieves this using a combination of conscious and unconscious Transformational tools and techniques including Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy, Timeline Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique. What makes it transformational is that it enables people to tap into and influence their subconscious mind - which controls 95% of everything we think feel and do - and fast-tracks the process of change and achieving success. What is Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness can be defined as practice that helps us become more mentally, physically and emotionally aware of what is happening in the present; allowing us to enjoy pleasant moments without holding on when they change (which they will); and being able to sit with and work through unpleasant moments without fearing they will always be there (which they won’t).

 

Mindfulness teaches us to quieten the frantic mind that is preoccupied with thinking and doing and allows us to JUST BE in the moment. Because this moment is all that really exists, everything else is just memory and imagination. 35 years of research provides robust evidence as to the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practice which I teach. Who I work with...

I work with men and women aged 18 years plus, who are feeling lost, overwhelmed and dissatisfied with life. They wake most mornings feeing flat, dreading the day, living each day feeling disconnected and on autopilot. And they lay awake night after night wondering how life ended up the way it has and if anything will ever change? They have lost their spark, their sense of joy, balance...and they want MORE!

My ideal clients are looking to TRANSFORM specific areas of their lives - e.g. their homes, careers, relationships, physical health, confidence, emotional wellbeing, finances and lifestyle - and create a life they can love and be proud of! They are ready to make the shift, committed to changing old thought and behaviour patterns and finally bring themselves out of the fog; for some it will be rescuing themselves from the storm! They may be completely new to personal development, or they have already started working on themselves and need support to take them to the next level to consciously create the life they want and balance they need and desire.

Online Life Coaching Essentials

"I am interested in Transformational Life Coaching...what happens next?"

Step 1.

Request a FREE Consultation via the website or email me at mindfullifecoachuk@gmail.com summarising the key issues you want to address through Life Coaching, and WHY NOW is the right time to begin your transformation?

 

Step 2.

I will contact you via text to arrange a free 1 hour video call via Zoom or WhatsApp to explore how Transformational Life Coaching can support you in achieving your goals and whether I am the right coach for you; to agree how many sessions are needed, available dates and times, and answer any questions you may have to help you make an informed decision. 

Step 3.

If you would like to proceed, you will receive a Welcome Pack with a Registration Form, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to read, complete, sign and email back before our first session.

 

Step 4.

You will also receive an invoice for the coaching programme agreed with details of payment options i.e. in full or monthly/weekly instalments. 

 

Step 5.

Tune in for your first 90min online session towards transformation!  Expect learning, letting go, clarity, to be challenged, realisations, lightbulb moments and home practice activities to help fast track all the changes you wish to make in life. Text and email support is available for FREE between sessions, as well as audio recordings, course materials and detailed summaries of each coaching session.

 

Step 6.

For those who invest in 3 month programmes or longer, we complete a Life Evaluation & Plan at the start of our work to gage where you are in life, how satisfied you are, what your priorities are, and how we are going to help you move towards what you want in all major life areas. We review this at the half-way point and at the end of our work to ensure your goals have been met (or are on track), and to measure change and success over time.  

 

Step 7. 

If further sessions are needed this can be agreed upfront, and coaching can end whenever you feel the time is right for you. Feedback is requested upon completion of any programme to inform future improvements in service.

 

Step 8.

Clients who complete a programme of 3 months plus are offered a FREE 3 Month Catch-Up Session after coaching has ended, to gage ongoing progress and keep them on track with longer term goals and dreams. Clients who have completed a minimum 3 month programme are also welcome to sign up for monthly catch up sessions to ensure they stay on track with their longer term goals and to help trouble-shoot any issues which inevitably arise in the pursuit of their dreams.
