My mission is to empower individuals to step into their power, to consciously create their reality, and develop the resilience necessary to navigate life's inevitable difficulties and challenges. I believe every person has the innate ability to shape their own destiny and make a positive contribution to humanity, and the work I deliver is the gateway to this experience.​

As The Mindful Life Coach UK, I specialize in working with men and women from ALL walks of life, who are feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, or deeply dissatisfied with certain areas of their lives. My clients come from all over the world - from London to Singapore, Dubai to Costa Rica. What they all have in common is:
1. They have been STRUGGLING for too long to make the changes needed to feel connected and at peace with themselves, and fulfilled in important areas of their lives.
2. They are AWARE that they are holding themselves back, and with the right support and guidance they will start make small but significant steps forward.

3. They are READY to invest in their own wellbeing and happiness and start to create a life they can love and be proud of.

4. They instinctively KNOW that I am who they need to guide them on their personal journey to self-awareness, healing, learning, levelling up and stepping into the ultimate potential of who they know they are meant to be.
I develop and deliver tailor-made programs for each client, based on their personal needs, learning and communication styles, and readiness for change. Programs can range from 4 to 12 sessions depending on what the client needs and can commit to.

All new clients receive a comprehensive Life Assessment & Plan in their first session, to help clarify what areas of their lives they want to work on in order to promote their overall Life Satisfaction. This helps determine how many sessions are needed and what each session needs to focus on in order to move the client from where they are, to where they want to be.
