Life Coaching?
Transformational Life Coaching is a collaborative and empowering process that focuses on personal growth and self-discovery. It goes beyond surface-level changes and delves into the core aspects of your being. Through thought-provoking conversations, powerful questioning, and practical strategies, my coaching approach helps you gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and develop the skills and mindset needed to achieve them. I believe that true transformation comes from within, and my coaching programs are designed to support you in unlocking your full potential and creating a life that aligns with your values and aspirations. As a certified Life Coach, I utilise both conscious and unconscious techniques to facilitate change, and use a range of powerful tools which I incorporate into sessions, including: Neuro-linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Parts Work and Timeline Therapy.
What is Mindfulness Coaching?
Mindfulness is a fundamental aspect of my coaching practice, and its principles are echoed in the work I deliver. It teaches you to focus on the present , with a non-judgmental and accepting attitude. By cultivating mindfulness, you can develop a deeper understanding of your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, improving the connection you have to yourself, as well as the world around you. Mindfulness practices such as meditation help reduce stress, enhance focus, and create a greater sense of overall well-being. Incorporating mindfulness into your life can lead to improved relationships, increased self-awareness, and a greater ability to navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience. 35 years of research provides robust evidence as to the benefits of mindfulness and meditation practice which I teach, and beautifully complements the practical personal development life coaching work I deliver.

Life Coaching Programs
I am ready for my Transformational Life Coaching journey...what happens next?
Step 1. Request a FREE Consultation or email me at mindfullifecoachuk@gmail.com summarising the key issues you want to address through Life Coaching, and what your availability is for a 1hr no obligation video-call.
Step 2. I will contact you within 24hrs via text or email, to arrange a free 1 hour video call via Zoom or WhatsApp. This is an opportunity for me to introduce myself and the work I do; to find out about you (your needs, goals, dreams), and how coaching can support you; we will discuss how many sessions you may need, available dates and times, and answer any questions you may have about coaching to help you make the most informed decision. Step 3. If you would like to proceed, you will receive a Welcome Pack with a Registration Form, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to read, complete, sign and email back before our first session. You will receive a Life Evaluation form to complete before our first session. You will receive an Invoice for the duration of the coaching program agreed - clients are welcome to pay before each session (PAYG), or pay for programs in full in at the start of the program. Step 4. Your first session is used to go through your Life Evaluation & Plan to help clarify where you are in life, how satisfied you are, what your priorities are, and how coaching is going to help you move towards what you want to be experiencing in 10 key areas of your life (home, romantic relationships, parenting, career, friends & family, physical health, emotional wellbeing, fun & lifestyle, finances and spirituality). You will be sent a copy of the completed document, plus an outline of what each session of your customised Transformational Life Coaching program will focus on. These sessions are flexible and can be delivered in whichever order works best for you, and the program is adaptable depending on your circumstances. Step 5. You are then ready to access your customised Transformational Life Coaching Program, which would usually range from 4 to 12 sessions. Expect learning, clarity, emotional healing, letting go, realisations, lightbulb moments, and home practice activities to help fast track your learning and all the changes you wish to make (although this is not mandatory). Text and email support is available for FREE between sessions, as well as audio recordings, course materials and detailed summaries of each coaching session to refer back to. Step 6. If at the end of a program further sessions are needed, our work can of course be extended, otherwise coaching can end whenever you feel the time is right for you, even if you are working through a program – there are no legal tie-ins and you only ever pay for sessions you access. Step 7. Feedback is usually requested upon completion of any program to inform future improvements in service. All clients are given 10% off their next coaching session for any Google reviews published, and 10% off for any referrals to friends and family. Step 8: Clients who complete a programme are offered FREE 3/6/12 Month Catch-Up Session after coaching has ended, to evaluate ongoing progress and keep them on track with longer term goals and dreams. Clients are welcome to sign up for monthly 60min catch up sessions to ensure they stay on track with their longer-term goals and to help trouble-shoot any issues which inevitably arise in the pursuit of their dream
